Refund & Cancellation Policy
At BROS ONE TECH, we strive to provide the best software services to our clients. However, if you decide to cancel the service or subscription after your payment has been made via corresponding payment account., please review the following cancellation terms:
Subscription-Based Services: If you are subscribed to a recurring service or software, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for the current cycle.
One-Time Purchases: For one-time purchases of our software or services, cancellations are allowed within 10 business days of the purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
Refunds: Refunds will only be processed in the case of service issues or if the service was not provided as agreed. Any such requests must be submitted within 10 business days from the payment date.
Refund Process: If eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method through corresponding payment account.. The refund process may take up to 7 business days.
